Competition Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions:
1. The “Snap Competition” is organised by SNAP TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PUBLIC LTD , now known and referenced in the terms as ‘’the Company’.
2. SNAP TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PUBLIC LTD would be launched approximately within 3 months.
3. Respectively, the competition will start on 21/02/2023 and will end on 20/12/2023
4. Everyone who is over 18 years old can participate in the competition. The competition is open to all permanent residents of Cyprus, except from employees of the company and affiliated Companies and their families.
5. To participate in 3 simple steps.
i. Create an account with Snap.
ii. Add your favourite venue or suggest venues that you wish to see on SNAP.
iii. Agree to terms and conditions.
6. For more information as to how to join snap and participate in the contest, follow the instructions of the following Website & Instagram & Facebook posts, posted on the profiles (https://www.bookwithsnap.com/en/competition-terms-conditions & https://www.facebook.com/bookwithsnap & https://www.instagram.com/snap_cyprus/ ).
7. Valid entries to the competition will be only through Snap website and up until the 20/12/2023 until 23:59. In order for an entry to be valid and take place in the competition, the participant must have correctly completed the personal information and choose one of the existing providers or suggest a new one. The Company bears no responsibility with respect to any entries that are not properly submitted. The Company reserves the right to invalidate entries that do not satisfy the present terms and conditions.
8. Valid entries are considered the ones that follow the competition instructions, as they are stated on the terms and conditions of the competition, provided that they are placed within the time period of the competition, as this is stated on the announcement of each competition.
9. The competition will have in total 3 prizes and respectively 3 winners, each of whom will win (a) 1 lucky winner will win €500 worth of Snap Credits (b) 5 lucky winners will win €200 worth of Snap Credits and (c) 10 lucky winners will win €100 worth of Snap Credits.
10. The winners who will be draw on 23/12/2023 will win the prizes of the competition as they are mentioned in the above paragraph (8). The Results of the draws cannot be disputed by any legal means.
11. Only one present will be awarded to each Winner.
12. The winners will be announced by SNAP TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PUBLIC LTD on the pages of SNAP on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/bookwithsnap) and on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/snap_cyprus/). The winners will be informed by SNAP TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PUBLIC LTD first via email & via telephone on how to receive their gifts.
13. The Company reserves the right to use the name/photo of winners of the competition for promotional purposes on all media. In such a case, a written consent from the winners will be requested.
14. Each winner will receive their prize with the launch of the application on their account.
15. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
16. The company reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
17. In the case where a winner does not respond within 1 week from being informed, the Company reserves the right to award the prize to a newly selected winner.
18. Due to the participation each participant’s details will be maintained and processed (with or without the help of automated methods) by the Company or by other third parties to whom the execution of the processing may be entrusted in whole or in part, for the purpose of organizing and conducting the competition, announcing the winners and publishing the results. All data will be managed in a manner consistent and within the legal framework and under the guarantees set out in the General Data Protection Regulation. The processing of data will be confidential and data in relation to the Competition will be deleted destroyed shortly after the completion of the competitions and the delivery of the prize to the winners. 20. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook / Instagram.
21. The terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. The courts of Nicosia will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in connection with this Competition.
